- General location (city / region) inferred from IP address
- Referring source (how you arrived at the site)
We currently use Vercel Analytics and similar tools to collect this technical data to help us improve performance and understand interest in our services.
c. Chat interactions
When you interact with our on-site chat assistant, we collect the messages you send and the responses we provide. We use this information to:
- Answer your questions in real time
- Understand what problems you're trying to solve (for example, ARR reporting vs. forecasting vs. close automation)
- Follow up if you ask us to send materials or schedule time
Our chat assistant uses an AI model provided by OpenAI to generate responses. Your messages may be processed by OpenAI in order to generate those responses. We do not authorize OpenAI to use this data to train publicly available models.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for reasons that are directly related to delivering our services and running the business:
- To respond to inbound interest and questions about LevelUp’s services
- To understand what areas of finance / reporting are most urgent for you (ARR reporting, forecasting, close automation, diligence/exit prep, etc.)
- To provide materials you request (for example, reporting packs or example dashboards)
- To schedule and conduct conversations about potential work
- To improve the site and understand what content is most useful
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information with:
- Service providers: We use certain third-party services to operate the site, deliver chat, book meetings, and send requested materials. Examples include hosting providers, analytics tools, scheduling platforms (like Apollo.io), and OpenAI for AI-generated responses.
- Legal / compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
We take reasonable steps to work with providers who handle data in a way that aligns with this policy.

We keep information for as long as it’s relevant to the purpose we collected it for (for example, ongoing discussions with you or requested follow-up) or as needed to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements.
